Geospatial Awards

Since last decade, the geospatial industry has been witnessing significant growth. The active contributions from many people – government officials, research scientists, academia, professionals, entrepreneurs and scientists – have enabled the industry to grow by leaps and bounds. It is imperative, therefore, to encourage their invaluable efforts for the well-being and bright future of the industry.

Geospatial Awards are instituted to recognise the efforts of those individuals and organisations who have achieved highest standards in the geospatial sector. The nominations are accepted from the industry, research organisations and academia for various categories based on their innovativeness, rightful use of the technology, achievements and competency.

An independent panel of judges is constituted as Awards Committee with representatives from the government departments, trade bodies and academia as well as editorial board of Geospatial Today magazine to evaluate nominations.
